NVIDIA launched Minerva on October 22 to correlate infrastructure and workload telemetry; release documentation says it is a scoped limited beta, not included in the standard release, with no committed GA date.
NVIDIA Mission Control 2.5 brings automated recovery to Kubernetes
NVIDIA launched Minerva as a limited-beta AIOps layer that correlates GPU, network, scheduler and workload telemetry. Mission Control 2.5, available to existing customers, extends automated job and hardware recovery from Slurm to Kubernetes workloads managed by Run:ai. Minerva is not included in the standard release and requires a scoped early-access engagement.
What this means for you
For teams operating large GPU clusters, scheduler-aware recovery can reduce the time a failed node keeps wasting expensive capacity. The practical boundary is access: Mission Control 2.5 is a commercial platform, while Minerva remains a changeable limited beta whose vendor-reported gains lack independent validation.
